Privacy policy
almawqii is designed so that your survey data stays under your control. This document describes the few server-side processes that exist: the contact form, anonymous statistics and the optional account that saves your projects.

Data processed in the browser: drawings, coordinates, imported files, elevations, captures and live position. Without an account nothing is kept, not even in the browser's storage. With an account your projects are saved in your space to follow you from one device to another. The live position is never sent to the server.
Contact
Contact form: the message is encrypted before being stored in our database, next to a technical identifier. It is kept 90 days after handling.
Privacy-respecting statistics
Statistics: only after your consent. almawqii records aggregate page views and never stores the IP address in clear text. If Google Analytics 4 is configured, the Google tag also sends visit events after “Statistics only” or “Accept all”; Google then processes that data under its own terms. No third-party tag loads before your choice.
Images and credits
Published photographs are free-licensed, with author, licence and source listed on the “Photo credits” page. They contain no personal data. Photo credits
Your rights
Your rights: for any question or to delete a message, use the contact page. You can decline statistics at any time through “Cookie preferences”.

Add the operator’s legal name and address to .env before public launch.
